Company History

R.H. Cooke & Associates, Inc., was founded in 1987 by Robert H. Cooke based on the simple guiding principle that the mission of a service company must, indeed, be service.

Cooke was among the first in the industry to recognize the important role that a technologically sophisticated environment could play in the conduct of a service-based business in a rapidly evolving economy. Cooke moved his office from the North side of Spokane to Downtown Spokane for the convenience of our client base, with easy access to and from the I-90 freeway.

R.H. Cooke & Associates, Inc., Property Management Division was formed to apply its special expertise, experience and dedication to the service of the properties purchased by our clients.
